Located in Ojos Negros, the Cava de Queso is a slice of culinary paradise in the middle of the beautiful Ojos Negros valley. The beautiful ranch was settled by the Ramonotti Family in the 1800's and still carries on the tradition of making the best artisanal cheese in all of mexico. The cuisine of the ranch includes everything from steaks, lengua, an array of seafood, desserts and of course the artisanal cheeses that made them famous.  Local wines from Guadalupe Valley pair perfectly with the food and European ranch style atmosphere.
